Clients May Recieve Their Products in Email, or Google Drive

All communication with Visionary Palette shall be done strictly via email. It is important to protect us “Visionary Palette and you “The Client” by having written communication at all times to ensure both parties are still in agreement. Phone consultations are available but it is still important we communicate via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response from our team.We do not respond to any client after business hours [Monday – Friday 11AM- 7PM CST] and we do not respond on weekends.

Visionary Palette agrees to respectfully keep all client information private and secure.

No, we DO NOT print Any Products. But we can refer you to printers.
