PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY:
At Visionary Palette There Will Be No Refunds Once Payment Is Sent for a product or bundle, Or Once The Designer Has Started Planning, Creating A Layout Or Options For A Product. As A Client You Are Paying For The Design (Final Product) NOT The Source File. Full Payment Is Due Before The Process Starts.
We Only Communicate With The Business Owner, No Outside Parties. If The Client Is Not Happy With A Product You May Talk It Over With The Designer. After The Product Drafts Are Sent To The Client. Failing to contact the designer without concerns means the product will be finalized, & Client Will Be Charged For Revisions. After 7 days of no communication the client's product will be forfeited, and no refund shall be issued. Also, there is a $75 restart fee to reactivate your abandoned project. Revisions Are Due Same Day or Two Days After
Clients Do Own The Rights Of Their Products And Designs Can Be Trademarked By Client.
All unpaid invoices are cancelled within 24-48hrs.

SALES/PROMOTIONS & CREDITS:
There are No Changes or Substitutions Regarding Payment Of A Sale Promotion Once Purchased. Previous Orders Payments (Credits) Can Not Be applied To New Orders.

PHONE CONSULTATIONS & UPDATES:
Depending On The Product The Designer Will Schedule A Phone Consultation (PHONE CONSULTATIONS ARE RECORDED) With The Client. Within The Consultation The Designer Will Answer All Of Your Questions & Tell You The Turnaround Time For Your Product. After Consultation Please Do Not Repeatedly Contact The Designer With Messages, (For Example: “When Will The Product Be Done”, “Hows It Coming Along”, “Are You Done Yet”, Etc.) We Promise You The Designer Has Not Forgotten About You, Our Turnaround Time Is Guaranteed. The Designer Will Only Message You If There’s A Problem.
QUESTIONNAIRES/ CLIENT'S VISIONS:
It's THE CLIENT RESPONSIBiLITY TO COMPLETE ALL QUESTIONNAIRES, NOT VISIONARY PALETTE'S. Clients MUST answer Questionnaires CORRECTLY with accurate information, For a accurate Vision. WE DO NOT REFER BACK TO EMAILS FOR VISION REFERENCES.
SOCIAL MEDIA PORTFOLIO RIGHTS:
Visionary Palette Has The Right To Post The Clients Work In The Time And Fashion Of Their Favor. Visionary Palette Has The Right To Post and Advertise Any Work They Have Created.
If A client orders multiple products/ bundles, we will complete one order at a time. Once A Product Is Finalized And Sent To A Client, The Client Will Be Charged For Revisions For That Product. All Content MUST be Typed and Emailed. “Once A Finalized PDF File that is created from the main source file is sent to a client, Visionary Palette is not responsible for that product. That includes making revisions, answering any questions regarding the product. Because with this file anyone has the ability to change the product and its settings".
DISRESPECT IS NOT TOLERATED:
Our Designer Is Going Out Of Their Way To Please Our Clients. Please Respect The Designer’s Time, Creativity & Please Be Respectful. If The Client Acts In A Disrespectful Manner, Their Invoice & Contract Will Be Terminated, and Will Receive Half Of Their Payment Back.
