- Service Agreement
Once you have read our guidelines and you have decided to proceed, then you will click "Design Your Palette", "Palette Bundles", or "Profession Bundles", our New ordering platform. Choose the product you are desiring. Please Read and sign the contract. Within 48 hours we will email you the product questionnaires. Fill out the custom questionnire to tell your accrurate vision. This will give us a general overview of what your wanting for that product. After you submit the questionaire , After that is completed, we will look over your proposal, and email you within 48 hours with a turnaround date.
You've completed all the prepartion work and now it's time for us to Bring Your Vision To Life! From all of the information that you've given us. If you would like to schedule a phone consultation before the process starts please contact us immediately after you fill out the questionnaire.
So once we've completed your product drafts and we send it to you, we will need your feedback, (From The Business Owner Only) ! Let us know if you want something changed, moved, etc. We will ONLY make revisions to the product option you like the most. Since you have a limited number of revisions for your products, we ask that you be very specific.
